Living Fossils

One thing which fascinates the animal enthusiasts about squirrels is that they have not changed for close to forty million years making them a living fossil. They seem quick and funny, but very conservative when it comes to sharing their nests. These little demons can run up to 20 miles an hour and are blind for the first eight weeks of their life.
