Swimming Bird

We are generally told that penguins cannot fly. The fact is that penguins do fly, but only under water. Penguins cannot fly in air because their wings are too small to sustain their body aloft. But under water they do fly happily. But to catch up with their prey they prefer swimming. So penguins don’t fly not because that they can’t, but they don’t have to.
